I am a mom of 5 children and just had our 1st grandchild. My husband just retired from U.S. Marine Corps and now contracts for them. We have spent most of our time in sunny California (12 years) We moved to Maine in 2003 and we moved to Jacksonville, North Carolina September 2006. Upon moving to Jacksonville we had a new home built on 10 1/2 acres near Pony Farm Rd.

We are hobby breeders only breeding 1 litter a year. We started breeding Jack Russell Terriers back in 2003 and it has been a wonderful experience! We have always loved the labrador but never had a home big enough to have them. I had a lab as a child and almost 3 years ago I bought my husband, Willow, for father's day. She has been such a joy that we decided to start breeding labs as well. We began the search and bought Jax as a birthday present for our son. So now our venture begins with our wonderful labs

We have raised our Labradors from puppies to ensure their excellent temperaments and their fondness to our children. It is very important to us that our labs are very good with children and make the best family pets possible.Currently, we have 2 labs. They are not just my breeding dogs, but a part of our family. Our Labrador’s do not live in kennels. They have free access by use of a doggie door to go out to the back yard to a very large fenced in area whenever they want to play, otherwise they are free to roam through the house at their leisure and sleep with our children! Soon we will have a separate area for the pups to go outside to play away from the other dogs until we are ready to bring them together. They are on NuVet vitamins, frontline and heartworm prevention medication regularly. We are dedicated to breeding Labradors with excellent temperaments and sweet dispositions. We do not claim to have champion Labs or that our Labs are not capable of trials. We breed for temperament and correct conformation and health. Our main goal is to achieve what we feel is the perfect family companion;kid tested, mother approved! All of our puppies are raised in the home and are socialized with our 5 active children. They receive NuVet vitamins and a lot of TLC daily. They are able to go to their new homes at 8 weeks of age. When our puppies leave they are social and ready to go to their new families. Please see our puppy purchase page for more details. We strongly screen our potential owners and will only allow those to adopt who have either experience owning a lab or has thoroughly researched them. I have many pages of research throughout my site to help you on your way. Please see our Resources page for this information. All our puppies have a 3-year written health guarantee and a lifetime open door policy- meaning that if you cannot keep your Labrador, return it to us and we will either keep it or find it a new responsible, loving home. We also give you a puppy starter kit to help you on your way.

Here are some pictures of our house with our surrounding play yard. Like I said before our dogs are not kenneled. There is a huge play yard built around the sides and back of our house. Our doggie door goes out our dining room sliding door into their play yard. They have free access to go in and out of the house at their leisure. This also provides them with a place where they can dig and not have to worry about the kids hitting potholes lol! In the second picture this is the left side of our house. We plan on putting out additional fencing in this area with another doggie door. This door is located in our laundry/puppy room. We have a huge laundry room that doubles as our puppy room. This way when the pups are small they have their own yard to play in and won't have to worry about our lab lol. Hopefully we will get this done this summer. Try Potty Park Risk Free!

Hey Everyone!  I’ve got some great news for you and your pets!

Over and over I am asked the very same question from my new puppy buyers – what is the best way to house train my new puppy?  This has always been a tricky answer because until recently there was no best way or worst way – just the long way.  Well thankfully that has all changed!

I was recently introduced to a product called Potty Park.  It literally is a toilet for dogs that can be used indoors or outdoors at your home, apartment or anywhere else your dog may need somewhere to relieve itself.  Essentially it’s your own private little piece of the dog park anywhere you need it.

I have seen other dog potties for sale and have been very skeptical because of the inherent dangers of all of the bacteria building up on these units, but Potty Park is made from anti-bacterial and anti-microbial medical grade materials.  In fact it’s the only true anti-microbial dog potty in the world!

Once I found out that the White House uses Potty Park for Bo Obama I was sold!  I mean, if there was a better dog potty out there don’t you think they’d be using it?

Not only does it save your floors from accidents and stains, but it also allows you to spend more quality time with your dog(s) and less time cleaning up after them.
